A business day is a regular work day in Ontario. Business days do not include weekends or Canadian or Ontario statutory holidays.

Processing Times

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within two-three business days. Orders are not processed on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 6PM on Tuesday.

We have no control over shipping carriers, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. Therefore, we do not guarantee on-time delivery.

Local Pick-up

We offer free local pick-up from our store location at 130 King Street West, Toronto Ontario. In the Exchange Tower. We are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. If selecting that option please bring your receipt (e-receipt is accepted) to pick up your items.
