Maison Berger 101: How to use a Maison Berger Lamp

As a beginner, entering into the realm of Maison Berger products, it can be a bit overwhelming. With all the different lamps, diffusers, and fragrances to choose from, there's endless possibilities! If you recently received a Maison Berger lamp as a gift, or if you're a beginner just getting into the world of Maison Berger products, this post is for you.

Today, we're taking you through all the steps on how to use your Maison Berger lamp from filling it, to lighting it, and all the way through to extinguishing it! And best of all, we've included illustrations every step of the way to make your Maison Berger experience all the better.

Let's get started!

1. Fill

The first thing you'll want to do (aside from unpacking it!), is fill your catalytic lamp with your favourite Maison Berger fragrance. Be sure to only fill the lamp up 2/3 of the way.

2. Wait

Insert the burner into the lamp, then replace the extinguisher on top. You'll want to wait 20 minutes at the first time of use. This allows the wick to absorb the fragrance for a better lighting experience.

3. Light

Light the burner, and wait for two minutes. This will allow the burner to heat up evenly so that the fragrance can be diffused properly.

4. Blow Out

After two minutes are up, go ahead and blow out the flame!

5. Enjoy

Place the mounting back on the burner. Your lamp is now working away purifying and perfuming the air around you! We recommend keeping it on for 20 minutes per 8 square metres.

6. Extinguish

To stop the lamp, take the mounting off and put the extinguisher back on the burner.
